Description
This honey has a mild flavor composed of raspberry, fireweed, and other wildflowers. It is coarse filtered and never heated, so there is good amounts of pollen and propolis. Expect crystallization with all these nutritious components. The hives were situated in a paper birch forest, so very good spring supplement for those that suffer from birch pollen allergies. The jars are a perfect size for gifts.
