This honey comes from just outside Fairbanks. It has a very mild flavor and is a medium amber color, likely from the large Fireweed component. The 1.5 ounce size is perfect for gifts, wedding favors, or just to try one of our honeys. The hives were managed naturally with no treatments of any kind. There is some crystallization present.
