This light-bodied wildflower honey comes to the Collective from Johnson’s North Pole apiary in North Pole, Alaska. The honey has notes of citrus with a delicate, pleasing mouthfeel. The subtle flavor makes it versatile – in tea, in recipes, or paired with mild cheeses.
